KTSW Releases Official Baseball Broadcast Schedule
KTSW 89.9 FM is pleased to announce that we will be covering 29 games for Texas State baseball this season on KTSW or Stretch Internet at www.txstatebobcats.com. We will have live coverage of home games against teams such as Texas A&M, Rice, TCU, Baylor, Penn State, and UTSA. KTSW will also cover road games against the University of Texas at Austin, Rice, Baylor (April 6) and UTSA.

Its a shame that those first few road trips are not going to be broadcast-ed; especially in the sense that these opponents (U of H, Baylor, Rice, TCU, A&M, and Western Kentucky)all made regionals last year and belong to power conferences. It is safe to say that baseball is the best athletic program at this school and with that the only program in our athletic department to compete beat Texas, Rice, Baylor, and A&M at a consistent level over the past decade. O well, at least 27 other games will be on the airwaves; guess i will have to listen to the broadcasts while I am in the stands and keep up with stat tracker when they are on the road.....
Thanks for your interest, BobcatBill. I have just learned that we WILL be broadcasting the game at Rice on Tuesday, February 23rd. I have edited the post above to reflect that.
